Marlene and Karen, identified in the minutes as participants from the TNR effort, described the program’s trapping plans for wild cats in town, provided information and pamphlets (available at the post office) and answered procedural questions. The minutes state the group hopes to present ordinance wording changes for trustees to consider at the October meeting.
Separately, trustees noted complaints about loose dogs in the village and encouraged pet owners to license animals. Staff were assigned follow-ups to pursue the dog complaint and discuss potential shelter support.
