Sewer connection fees were set at $1,600 for a 4" sewer connection and $3,000 for a 6" connection. The council said secondary water connection rates will remain unchanged.
Committee member (S5) moved to adopt the resolution; Committee member (S3) seconded. The council approved the resolution by roll-call vote and the chair declared, “All approved.” The resolution will be posted after passage and becomes effective 06/12/2026.
