Council postpones airport-overlay ordinances after notice error; votes to enter closed session for pending litigation

Separately, the council moved and voted to enter a closed session citing pending litigation as the reason. A council member initiated the motion to go into closed session and the council voted in favor. After the vote, recording of the meeting was stopped.
The council did not take further public action on the ordinances at this meeting; the items will return to the council after the planning commission completes the properly noticed session.
