The council subsequently approved check #29481 on a separate motion; the minutes record the vote as 3-0 with Curt Oblinger abstaining.
The meeting lasted about 14 minutes and concluded after the council addressed a public comment and an alcohol permit request. The minutes show the meeting adjourned at 7:14 p.m.
