Acting Vernon Township Trustee Meek provided a photograph of a flood gap and said he had not walked the entire fence; the trustees agreed to meet at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 30, 2025, to review the fence and the reported flood gap.
The boards action was procedural: the trustees will inspect the site and consult with the county attorney to determine whether the March 4, 2025 notice of findings directives for the responding party were met. No additional action or litigation decision was recorded at the April 28 meeting.
