• Chapter 91 planning form — 9 Portway: The board approved the Chapter 91 form for a waterfront property involving an existing float and a proposed dredge/rearrangement; Conservation Commission order conditions have been satisfied according to staff. Motion moved, seconded and approved.
• Special‑permit condition finding — Coopman Lumber (243 Route 6A): The board found that the two‑year traffic monitoring requirement has been satisfied based on counts submitted by VHB; the board voted to accept the finding.
All motions passed by those members present. The board adjourned at the close of the agenda.
