Selectmen approve licenses, accept funds and sign warrants totaling about $3.03 million

Routine authorizations: The selectmen authorized the town clerk or deputy clerk to sign extension requests and state letters related to liquor licenses and to sign applications for catering and off-premises permits, and approved the publishing of a Conservation Commission workshop video on invasive-plant management.
