Budget session increases file-digitization spending, reviews housing authority study funding

On housing, S1 and others returned to an earlier capital discussion about the housing authority and the need to isolate a capital outlay line in the general ledger so the town can track the amount separately. The group did not adopt a final naming or GL number at the session but directed staff to place the amount in the budget and bring final line-item language to a future meeting.
What happens next: Staff will include the digitization amount and housing-authority capital amount in the tentative budget and provide final line-item descriptions at the next work session.
