Roll‑call votes were recorded as Nathan Ladley, Aye; Alyssa Mullin, Aye; John Anderson, Aye; George Perkins, Aye; Rafael Gu'terrez, Aye; Richard Simon, Aye; the motion passed 6‑0.
Chair Richard Simon noted enterprise budgets for Water, Wastewater and Septage would be deferred as advised by the Finance Director while the town converts short‑term BAN (bond anticipation note) expenses into long‑term bond financing. The committee also approved meeting minutes for Jan. 28, 2026 (motion by John Anderson, seconded by Alyssa Mullin) on a 6‑0 roll call and adjourned at 7:54 p.m.
The recommendation passed by the Finance Committee will be included in the town's budget packet and considered alongside other departmental budgets during the town meeting process.
