Cudahy council adopts ambulance-fee ordinance and approves three resolutions, including a budget amendment

Ordinance No. 2308.3 amended Sec. 16-1 to change the date for ambulance-fee review and set fees for 2016. Ald. St. Marie-Boelkow moved and Ald. Litkowiec seconded the motion to approve the ordinance; the roll call vote carried unanimously.
The council also approved Resolution No. 7080, allowing the claim of Acuity Insurance (motion by Ald. Hollenbeck, second by Ald. Litkowiec), and Resolution No. 7081, a resolution to secure state funding to support communicable disease control for population health (motion by Ald. Johnson, second by Ald. St. Marie-Boelkow). Both resolutions passed unanimously.
Finally, the council approved Resolution No. 7082 to amend the 2016 adopted budget as amended by the Finance Committee (motion by Ald. Moralez, second by Ald. Litkowiec); the roll call vote carried unanimously. The minutes record the approvals but do not detail the budget line-item changes contained in the Finance Committee amendment.
