On Nov. 1, 2016, the Cudahy Common Council approved a temporary use request from Alex Ahmad of City Lounge to use the city-owned parking lot at 3462 E. Squire Ave. for City Limits Music Fest 2017.
Ald. Johnson moved and Ald. St. Marie-Boelkow seconded approval of a four-day festival. On the roll call vote, Alderpersons Moralez, Johnson, Hollenbeck and St. Marie-Boelkow voted "aye." Alderperson Litkowiec recorded an abstention. The motion carried.
The council record shows the request was for a temporary use of the specified city lot for the event; specific permitting conditions, fees or event-management requirements (security plans, sanitation, or traffic control) were not specified in the minutes.
