Heard County authorizes lease with Bank of the Ozarks for temporary county offices

Chairman Boone also said the Heard County Magistrate and the Heard County Public Defender’s office will relocate to the Heard County Health Department and that the District Attorney’s office has discussed renting space from the City of Franklin.
On motion by Commissioner Keri Denney, seconded by Commissioner Larry Hammond, the board unanimously approved authorizing Chairman Boone to sign a lease with the Bank of the Ozarks after legal review by County Attorney Jerry Ann Conner.
