The Finance Committee met March 24, 2026, at the Anthem Civic Building and approved minutes from its January meeting while noting two substantive finance updates. The committee record states that a new Property Fund was implemented on Jan. 1, 2026, and that fixed assets and related depreciation were transferred from the operating fund to that new fund.
The minutes, signed by Dee Nortman, Director of Finance, report that the 2025 annual audit is in progress with accounting firm Butler Hansen. Drew Jacques, identified in the minutes as the lead auditor for ACC, was on site to perform field work on March 12, 2026. According to the minutes, the audit is on schedule to be presented at the April Board meeting.
Staff also presented the February 2026 financial reports; the minutes note those reports are on file but do not summarize their line-item results. The committee confirmed a quorum with five members present and adjourned after noting the next meeting will be April 21, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. at the ACC Civic Building, 1st floor Meeting Room #2.
