Alderperson Mary Davis moved to adopt the ordinance; Alderperson Eric Harbin seconded. The motion passed 7–0 with Alderpersons Lisa Buhlig, Ron Culves, Mary Davis, Eric Harbin, Keith Schramm, Dawn Seward and Shawn Taylor voting yea. Alderperson Chris Baer was recorded absent.
