Community development staff told the council that the zoning hearing board will convene in borough hall on June 23 to hear two applications: a continued request from Allegiance Sports Bar, 403 West Baltimore Avenue, seeking additional signage; and an application for 340 West Baltimore Avenue to permit temporary shelter use or a residential group home for boys.
John Bowman, reporting for community development and code enforcement, also said a prospective buyer has received a resale inspection for the corner property at 250 West Baltimore Avenue and has a copy of required work items. Council did not take action at the meeting on these applications; the matters are scheduled for the zoning hearing board to hear and decide on June 23.
