The township’s insurance agent, Ulen Insurance Company, advised the trustees that the mausoleum was not listed on the policy and therefore would not be covered for the storm damage. Trustees directed Montgomery and Workman to review the insurance relationship with Ulen and proceed with roof replacement to secure the building from further damage.
