Rezoning request for 20.9-acre Bold Wealth Management site tabled to July 16

Richard explained the Planning Commission recommended approval with conditions but that the applicant wanted more time to adjust the development mix (seeking a roughly 50/50 commercial/industrial split rather than the original 2/3 industrial). Because substantial changes were anticipated, staff and the county attorney agreed it would be appropriate to advertise an additional public hearing to allow further public comment.
A motion to table to July 16 and advertise another hearing carried unanimously (vote recorded as 4-0). The item will return to the board after any plan revisions and the advertised hearing.
