Fairgrounds manager wins contract approvals, reports volunteer signup ahead of fair week

Kippley reported volunteer outreach results — a recent signup event produced 77 volunteer hours and six first‑time volunteers — and reminded commissioners that fair week is approaching. She noted ticket sales and outreach plans for the concert and exposition schedule and asked staff to finalize logistics.
