Council Member Patti Page then moved to approve the bills, requisition orders and transfers as presented; Dianne Gaston seconded and the motion carried. The minutes include an itemized claims list with a total of $207,558.41.
Following approval of claims, Page moved and Gaston seconded to enter executive session for personnel matters; the council entered executive session at 7:00 p.m. and reconvened at 8:00 p.m. No personnel details are recorded in the minutes.
