CFO Paul Sutherton told the board monthly payment would align with other stipends and payments.
The motion advanced the policy, AR and resolutions to confirmation items with the $400 prorated monthly stipend and included an explicit contingency that OSBA review be completed before final adoption. The motion was seconded and the board approved by voice vote to move the items forward.
Next steps: the committee will finalize the resolutions and AR language, submit the documents to OSBA for review, and return the finalized items in confirmation or as an action item at a future meeting for formal adoption.
