Committee member John Bennett moved to approve the amended rezone petition and forward it to the County Board; Dennis Fenner seconded. After brief discussion the motion carried 5-0.
The vote sends the Brandner petition to the Marquette County Board for its consideration; the committee record shows the town plan commission and town board reviewed the petition before the county hearing. No specific conditions or amendments beyond the town recommendation were recorded in the committee minutes.
