Board approves transfer and name update for Sevierville marina restaurant; considers store permit

Bowling said he also purchased the store on the property. The board combined the agenda items for the on‑premise permit and the store's off‑premise permit and accepted consideration for both locations. Greg Houk moved to combine and accept both items; Scott Catlett seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
