"This is not an upgrade, an expansion, or a new project of my choosing. I am simply trying to restore a long‑standing sign that existed before the city's infrastructure improvements required its removal," she told the council.
No formal action was taken during the meeting on the reimbursement request; staff indicated public comment would be closed and follow‑up would be coordinated with staff after the meeting.
