The minutes also record action items for staff (provide meeting materials access; follow up with NCDOT; clarify board role) with target dates of the next meeting or ongoing. A motion to adjourn, moved by Art Menius and seconded by Susan Gladin, is recorded as passing unanimously; Chair Michael Hughes is shown to have adjourned the meeting.
