Select Board sets special election dates and approves multiple reappointments and housing authority nominees

In routine business, the board reappointed several volunteers: Natalie Call, Susan Girkin and Donna Lynn Pinkerton were reappointed to the Council on Aging for terms July 1, 2026–June 30, 2029, and Kimberly King was reappointed to the Meeting Hall Gallery Committee for the same term. Motions were made by Sarah Logan and approved by roll call.
During a joint session with the Housing Authority, the board appointed Bernardet Oen as the tenant representative for a term commencing June 16, 2026 and ending June 30, 2028. The board also nominated Harley Qu as the state‑appointed representative to the Housing Authority; the state appointment process and exact term length will be confirmed with town staff and may be amended at a later meeting.
