Douglass supervisors adopt amended tow policy and add Taser7 to use-of-force policy

Thompson noted departmental training and certification activities in May, including officer training in interview/interrogation and certification for OC spray, baton and Taser models.
After presentation of the amended Tow Policy, Supervisor Josh Stouch moved to approve the policy; the motion was seconded and carried with Bergstresser, Stouch and Carpenter voting Aye. The board then voted to approve the Use-of-Force Policy update to add the Taser7; the motion passed unanimously.
