Board approves multiple Zern Tract escrow releases and adopts Holly Road sewage facilities plan

Pennoni engineer Greg Kerr reported on May 19 that site inspections support recommended escrow releases for the Zern Tract development. The Board approved Escrow Release #24 for Phase 1 in the amount of $44,891.08 (leaving $201,478.63 in escrow), Phase 2 Escrow Release #16 for $15,113.20 (leaving $1,028,620.61), and Phase 3 Escrow Release #11 for $44,815.34 (leaving $536,246.92). Motions to approve were made and passed with aye votes from Supervisors Bergstresser, Stouch and Carpenter.
Greg Kerr also presented Resolution No. 05192025-03 to adopt a Sewage Facilities Plan for Holly Road “contingent that any comments will be addressed.” The Board adopted the resolution; Supervisor Sara Carpenter was recorded as recused on the vote (Bergstresser-Aye, Stouch-Aye, Carpenter-Recuse).
The engineering actions will reduce escrow account balances for the Zern development as noted above and enable the township to proceed with the Holly Road sewage plan subject to addressing any outstanding comments. The Board accepted the Engineer’s report as presented.
