Wells named local responders and agencies in her thanks, including personnel from Carbon County, the Wyoming Highway Patrol, Sweetwater County and Moffat County, and asked the community to support first responders. The remarks were delivered at the start of the council’s meeting during opening remarks.
The council then moved on to routine business, including approval of the meeting agenda and the consent agenda.
