PURA adopts consent calendars and assigns presiding officers; next meeting set for July 1

At the June 17, 2026, remote meeting, the Public Utilities Regulatory Authority adopted the Part B consent calendar consisting of three motion rulings and final decisions and the Part C consent calendar appointing presiding officers in three proceedings.
Chairman Tom Weil and commissioners moved, seconded, and voted to adopt the consent items by roll call. At the meeting the chair acknowledged the Office of Education Outreach and Enforcement for its regular work on dockets. The panels assigned to the Part C items designated presiding officers as recorded by staff.
The authority adjourned the meeting and announced it will reconvene on Wednesday, July 1, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. by remote teleconference.
