Senator Fredrick J. Love moved to approve the Dec. 8, 2025 meeting minutes; Representative Kenneth Ferguson seconded the motion and the motion carried, according to the meeting record.
Representative Mary Bentley moved to adopt and accept the chair's recommendation to refer ISP 2025-079 and ISP 2025-080 to the Labor and Environment Subcommittees; Representative Jeremy Wooldridge seconded and the motion carried.
