During the same meeting the board voted to accept Sevon's Lawncare's estimate of $530 for parking-lot cleanup and mowing; the motion passed (3-0).
The board also reviewed a draft letter and application for charitable organizations seeking town funding during the upcoming budget cycle. The board requested two changes to the materials: add "Attn: Kim" to the return address and remove the phrase "AND REQUIRED NUMBER OF SIGNATURES ON THE PETITION" from the application. After those edits the board approved the use of the revised letter and application (3-0).
Meeting notes indicate the applications for the cannabis businesses were signed rather than explicitly recorded as votes; the lawncare and charitable application approvals were recorded with unanimous votes.
