Boonton council adopts massage/bodywork licensing ordinance, approves consent agenda and honors retiring administrator

Vote details: The consent agenda motion passed on a roll call after the clerk read members' votes; one item (26‑151) was withdrawn and one member recused on 26‑165. Ordinance 17‑26 passed on roll call vote following council discussion and thanks to staff for revisions.
