BLACK JACK, Mo. — The Black Jack City Council on May 5 voted unanimously to appoint Haden Smith of CDG Engineers to the Architectural Review Board and approved construction at 4850 Tree Edge Lane following the board’s review.
Councilman Miller moved to appoint Haden Smith to the Architectural Review Board as an engineer; the motion was seconded and passed by a unanimous poll of council members. Haden Smith was identified in the motion as affiliated with CDG Engineers.
Councilwoman Angela Lawson said the Architectural Review Board had approved construction at 4850 Tree Edge Lane and asked the council to approve so the builder could proceed. Lawson’s motion to approve the construction was seconded and carried by a unanimous poll.
Both actions were recorded by council poll with all present members voting yes. No amendments or conditions were recorded at the meeting; staff were not directed to provide additional reports on the items during the session.
