Councilman James Grady moved to approve PLM LLC’s bid of $70,944 for the city’s Crack Sealing Program; the motion was seconded and carried after a roll call in which all council members voted yes. Grady then moved to accept Bax Engineering’s $48,665 bid for the Stormwater and Street Improvement Project; that motion also passed by unanimous roll call.
