Commissioner Jerry Woodruff moved, and Wuehler seconded, to receive and order filed the treasurer's receipts; Commissioners Hewgley, Weems, Wuehler, Bruns and Woodruff voted "aye." The board also voted to receive and order filed fee reports submitted by the County Sheriff ($4,932.07), Clerk of District Court ($8,473.98), County Clerk ($872.50) and Register of Deeds ($33,832.85); the motion was moved by Commissioner Joe Hewgley and seconded by Jerry Woodruff and passed on a roll call vote of five "aye."
Commissioner Chris Bruns moved, seconded by Jerry Woodruff, to authorize Chair Kent Weems to sign three right-of-way applications (identified as #1, #2 and #3) for Consolidated Companies; the motion passed unanimously on roll call.
The board approved presented claims for payment as listed in the minutes; the record notes the motion carried. The meeting adjourned at 11:18 a.m.
