The Muskego City Finance Committee voted to approve the city's license renewals for the July 1, 2026–June 30, 2027 licensing year. A staff member told the committee an updated request had been received for the establishment "Tipsy Threesome," which changed its requested outside-dance days from Tuesdays and Saturdays to Fridays and Saturdays for 2026 and added dates for 2027.
"They had had Tuesdays and Saturdays and they changed it to Fridays and Saturdays um for 2026 and they added the dates for 2027," the staff member said while explaining the packet update. Committee members confirmed packets contained the updated paperwork and proceeded to a voice vote; the renewals passed.
A committee member questioned why police had cited one owner in a recent incident but not another and asked whether that disparity affected licensing decisions. A different speaker explained that citation decisions are at the discretion of the police department and recommended having the police chief provide a follow-up email with an explanation; the committee asked staff to arrange that clarification for members before future votes if needed.
The committee also approved a change of agent to Shirley Knight for Muskego Moose Lodge No. 1057 (doing business as Muskego Moose Lodge on Janesville Road).
On routine finance business the committee approved utility vouchers in the amount of $103,929.73, general-fund vouchers of $492,523.99, and payroll wire transfers of $439,538.83.
All motions described at the meeting were approved by voice votes without recorded roll-call tallies in the transcript. The committee adjourned at 6:12 p.m.
