Council discusses emergency museum septic replacement and questions recurring museum subsidies

Councilors reviewed several FY26 budget amendments, including an emergency septic-system replacement at the museum to be paid from reserves, and used the conversation to raise broader questions about the museum's long-term financial sustainability.
