- Resolution requesting relief from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers regarding John H. Kerr Dam releases: adopted unanimously.
- Budget Amendments #24–#28 (re‑appropriation of water testing funds, sheriff’s vehicle insurance proceeds replacement, Rural ReadySites grant budget and match, NCDOT engineering reimbursement to The Wooten Company): all approved unanimously.
Procedural notes: The board entered a closed session under N.C. G.S. §143‑318.11(a)(6) for personnel matters and later returned to open session with no action reported. Commissioner Ronnie Smith left the meeting early and was recorded as excused.
