The Dennis Planning Board voted on Dec. 15 to endorse two approval‑not‑required (A&R) plan actions.
For 1 Lighthouse Inn Road, the applicant sought to redivide eight older parcels into three lots without changing the hotel use. Applicant representative Andrew Singer said the plan places existing buildings on appropriately sized lots with required frontage. A motion to approve the plan dated Nov. 11, 2025 by Scofield Brothers was made and carried.
For 107 Farm Lane (Delaghi Family Properties LLC), land surveyor Kieran Healy (BSC Group) presented a revised plan that consolidates three land‑court lots into two and adds additional notations requested by land‑court review. Planning staff noted the plan does not require subdivision review and will be endorsed once the signature block is added to the mylar with the revision date (11/26/2025) recorded. The board approved the endorsement by roll call.
Both actions were recorded as endorsements pending typical clerical signings and mylar submissions to staff.
