Beardstown Council OKs Park District use of Riverside Park shelters for animal shelter; approves $15,000 cemetery office addition, sets Halloween hours

During the meeting Alderperson Shawn Taylor asked whether passing is allowed on Wall Street; the council clarified that passing on Wall Street is not permitted. With no further business, the council adjourned at 6:16 p.m. on a motion recorded as made by (record: Davis) and seconded by Alderperson Eric Harbin.
