The Governing Board of Oracle Elementary School District No.2 approved a consent agenda at its Jan. 12, 2026 regular meeting that ratified payroll and expenditure vouchers, accepted December FY25/26 financial reports, and recorded terms and conditions for acceptance of Building Renewal Grant Fund monies for Project BRG-007910 (roof parapet).
Payroll vouchers recorded included V27 ($53,433.16), V30 ($64,542.88), V33 ($64,031.38), V28 ($2,512.14), V31 ($2,991.25), V29 ($84,265.80) and V32 ($75,723.01). Expenditure vouchers included V2620 ($51,825.49), V2623 ($32,272.93), V2621 ($46,165.74), V2624 ($69,968.59) and V2622 ($217,858.66). The consent agenda also listed updates to the Spring Extended School Day budget for 25/26 and a student fee schedule for 26/27.
The board accepted several community donations listed in the minutes, including supplies from “Fueling the Future,” and holiday gifts from SaddleBrooke Community Outreach, Wildflower Women of Oracle, Dentistry in Oro Valley, Lalo and Kim Cota, Living Word Chapel and other anonymous donors for Mountain Vista families. Mrs. Crall moved and Mrs. Reid seconded approval of the consent agenda; the motion carried unanimously.
The minutes record that terms and conditions for acceptance of grant funds from the Arizona School Facilities Division were included for Project BRG-007910 (roof parapet) but do not detail the grant amount in the minutes.
