The Oracle Elementary School District No.2 Governing Board approved its consent agenda at the March 9 meeting, encompassing routine minutes, vouchers, financial reports and several agreements and donations.
Among consent items the board approved were: minutes of the Feb. 9, 2026 regular meeting; payroll vouchers (V39–V42: $84,374.46; $65,592.83; $65,206.94; $83,484.91); expenditure voucher V2628 for $47,755.03; financial reports for February FY25/26; a Memorandum of Understanding with the Oracle Schools Foundation to use $20,000 for STEM programs at Mountain Vista K‑8; and a $10,000 donation from Arevia Power designated for early childhood education at Mountain Vista Kindergarten Prep Preschool.
The packet also listed an out‑of‑school suspension report for 2025–26, a certified hiring schedule for 2026–27, primary assessed values from Pinal County (informational), additional gifts and donations, and an intergovernmental agreement with the University of Arizona Pathways Program for July 1, 2026'June 30, 2028. Vice‑President Jeri Taylor moved to approve the consent agenda and Board President Edie Crall seconded; the motion passed with all members voting in favor.
