Superintendent Nehrmeyer briefed the Governing Board on the status of capital projects funded by proceeds from the Oracle Ridge sale. She reported that new HVAC units for Building A have been installed and completed and that the district has received quotes for classroom carpet replacement for kindergarten through fourth grade, with installation expected in June or July.
Nehrmeyer said the district also has quotes for upgrades to gym lighting, gym flooring and gym bathroom improvements. She told the board she will continue to provide monthly updates on project progress as contracts and installation timelines are finalized.
No formal motion to award new contracts was recorded at the Feb. 9 meeting; the board was informed of project status and expected next steps.
