The Wolcott Commission for the Handicapped conducted organizational business at a Feb. 10 meeting, during which members nominated leadership and proposed a regular monthly meeting time.
John DelGobbo moved and Kelly DelGobbo seconded a motion to nominate Gloria Clair for chairman; after no further nominations, Randy Clair moved and Eileen Cleary seconded a motion to close nominations, which the commission recorded as unanimous. A separate motion by Randy Clair, seconded by Eileen Cleary, nominated Kelly DelGobbo for vice-chair; nominations were again closed unanimously.
Eileen Cleary moved and Mary Rodrigues seconded a motion to set the time and place of regular meetings as the second Tuesday of each month at 5:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers; the transcript records the motion but does not include a roll-call tally for that item. Later in the meeting, the commission unanimously voted to accept the minutes of the Jan. 13, 2026 regular meeting on a motion by John DelGobbo and seconded by Mary Rodrigues.
The organizational portion of the meeting adjourned at 5:05 p.m.; the regular meeting later concluded with a unanimous adjournment at 5:25 p.m. The meeting record lists Gloria Clair as chairperson and Dolores Distiso as commission secretary on the approval line.
