Wolcott Commission for the Handicapped nominates leadership, sets regular meeting schedule

Eileen Cleary moved and Mary Rodrigues seconded a motion to set the time and place of regular meetings as the second Tuesday of each month at 5:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers; the transcript records the motion but does not include a roll-call tally for that item.
