The Eureka Springs Cemetery Commission moved briefly into executive session during its March 5 meeting to discuss employee job descriptions at the request of city human‑resources staff.
When open session resumed, Chair LB Wilson told the commission the executive session concluded with an agreement to revise job descriptions and continue the work with a small committee. "We realize that this information needs to be to the city by May 21st and that will be our goal to get this completed," LB said. Commissioners asked staff to meet and prepare the materials so the city‑requested submission is timely.
The commission did not divulge personnel specifics discussed in executive session beyond the need for continued revision and a project timeline; the chair and staff will provide draft job‑description updates for markup and return them for commission action at a future meeting.
