Council approves $174,486 contractor payment and authorizes engineering contract for Cushing Avenue project

On the Cushing Avenue revitalization project the survey crew completed field work and staff recommended authorizing the mayor to execute an engineering contract to begin design work. The council moved, seconded and carried the authorization and asked for monthly status updates on the project in future council meetings.
