Vanmeter said she sought clarification about what the earlier judge’s wording meant and requested guidance from the town, offering photographs of the site.
Town staff member Mr. Daniel said he had a copy of the judgment mailed to him and would review it; he told Vanmeter he had her contact information and would follow up and likely inspect the site with town staff. Council President Robin Brandgard and other council members agreed staff would look into the matter.
