Committee members asked what an IC‑134 is; Sandy explained it is a contractor affidavit of sales tax paid (a lien waiver confirming subcontractor payments). A motion to approve the final pay voucher to Hi‑Tech Construction, of Brainerd, was moved, seconded and approved by voice vote. Staff indicated the voucher is also in the bills for payment pending the final paperwork.
