Staff said home occupations would be included and that the village would rely in part on state revenue registrations to identify businesses; outreach would include targeted door-to-door contact to known businesses and broader communication via social media and utility bills.
The ordinance passed on roll call; Trusty Piny registered the lone 'no' vote.
