The staff report described the transfer as a private transaction that does not change the city’s total available EDUs; the council voted unanimously to accept and file the transfer.
Title 2 municipal code amendments (7.03): Staff summarized code changes to establish commission regular meeting schedules by resolution and to add an annual rotation of chair and vice chair roles based on council liaison recommendations; the council approved the ordinance on final passage.
